Sacred Rituals at Tirumala and Vijayawada
On a special day called Vaikuntha Dwadashi, a holy ritual called Chakrasnanam was performed at a sacred lake in Tirumala.
A special object called Sri Sudarshana Chakrathalwar was taken in a big ceremony to the lake, and the ritual was done according to old temple rules.
Many people visited the temple to see the lord, and they were given special tokens to help them see the lord without any problems.
The temple also received a lot of money as offerings.
Soon, more people will be allowed to visit the temple without tokens.
