Jalgaon Signs ₹1,445.68 Crore MoUs, 4,716 Jobs Expected
Jalgaon held a meeting to encourage businesses to invest in the district.
Companies and entrepreneurs signed agreements promising investments worth ₹1,445.68 crore.
These proposals could create about 4,716 jobs.
The agreements are promises, so the investments and jobs may happen in the future.
Minister Gulabrao Patil asked businesses to hire local young people.
He also requested special D-Plus status to give industries more incentives.
Officials said Jalgaon has land available for new factories and businesses.
They also pointed to opportunities in exports, technical textiles and small businesses.

The proposed investments are expected to create around 4,716 employment opportunities in the district.
Guardian Minister Gulabrao Patil urged investment in Jalgaon and sought early approval for D-Plus industrial status.
About 1,000 industrial plots are available across Chalisgaon, Jamner and Bhusawal MIDCs.
