Neemuch Maidan Bachao Samiti Opposes Sandipani School Construction Plan

Some grown-ups in a town called Neemuch love a big open playfield where children can play sports.

The government wants to build a new school called Sandipani on that land.

But a group called the Maidan Bachao Samiti says this is a bad idea.

They worry the playground will be lost.

They also worry about two other schools nearby that might have to move.

Lots of money has already been spent fixing up a hall and a dome at one of the schools.

The group wants the government to build the new school somewhere else instead.

They also want to know what will happen to the girls' school and its students.

If the government does not listen, the group says they might go to court to protect the playground.

They have been trying to save this ground for almost 20 years.
