Guntur Mayor Approves Encroachment Regularisation and Village Merger

The Mayor of Guntur, K Ravindra, had a special meeting to talk about making some changes in the city.

They decided to allow people to keep buildings that were built on land they didn't own in two areas called Pragathi Nagar and Yanadi Colony.

They also talked about adding 11 nearby villages to the city to help them grow faster.

Meanwhile, another leader, Yarlagadda Venkata Rao, said he will have meetings in villages to listen to people's problems and fix them quickly.

He asked people to tell him their issues one by one so he can help them better.

All the problems people tell him will be written down and put online, and the people in charge will say what they did about them in a week.
