Sealdah Division to Launch New AC Local Routes for Commuters
Good news for commuters!
The Sealdah division is adding two new air-conditioned local train routes.
These routes will start on September 5th.
One route will run from Ranaghat to Bangaon and then to Sealdah, allowing people to easily transfer to the metro at Dum Dum Cantt.
The second route will go from Sealdah to Krishnanagar, making it easier to reach the ISKCON temple and Kalyani AIIMS Hospital.
This comes after a successful existing AC local route, which saw very high passenger numbers.
The goal is to ease congestion at busy stations and offer more comfortable travel options.
