Shiv Sena Launches Mission Gen Z to Engage Maharashtra Youth
Shiv Sena has started a program called Mission Gen Z to listen to young people.
It wants to understand what Gen Z, Gen Alpha and other youth need.
More than 250 young elected representatives met in Mumbai.
They came from cities, villages and different regions of Maharashtra.
They discussed education, jobs, sports, skills and other concerns.
They suggested building playgrounds, libraries and skill centres.
They also discussed safety training, de-addiction programs and using social media to communicate with youth.
Shiv Sena plans more training and meetings to turn these ideas into government action.

A Mumbai interaction camp brought together more than 250 elected representatives aged 20 to 30 from urban and rural Maharashtra.
Participants formed 20 groups to discuss region-specific youth issues and propose actions for the next 30 days.
Suggestions included sports facilities, libraries, career guidance, employment portals, skill centres and college youth festivals.
The party plans regular training sessions and another youth interaction camp after 30 days to develop short-, medium- and long-term strategies.
