Ather Energy to Raise Scooter Prices in 2026
Ather Energy, a company that makes electric scooters, is going to increase the prices of its scooters starting next year.
The price will go up by up to Rs 3,000 for all their models, like the 450X, 450S, and the new Rizta.
The company says this is because the cost of making the scooters has gone up.
If you buy a scooter before the end of this year, you won't have to pay the extra money.
Ather is also giving some special deals for people who buy now, like extra money for trading in an old scooter and discounts on home charging setups.
Other scooter companies might also raise their prices soon.
Ather has sold over 200,000 scooters and is building a new factory to make even more.
Ather Energy will increase prices on all electric scooter models by up to Rs 3,000 starting January 1, 2026.
The price hike affects the 450X, 450S, and the newly launched Rizta models.
The increase is due to rising costs of raw materials and logistics.
Customers who purchase and register before December 31, 2025, can avoid the price hike.
Ather is offering year-end benefits, including exchange bonuses, extended warranties, and charging infrastructure perks.
