Bobby Deol Represents Dharmendra at 'Sholay' Premiere at TIFF 2025
Imagine a super famous movie from a long time ago called 'Sholay' is getting a makeover!
Bobby Deol, whose dad was in the movie, helped celebrate.
The movie's director and others involved in restoring the movie were also there.
They showed a brand new, super clear version of the film at a big film festival.
This restored version includes a different ending and scenes that were cut from the original movie.
It's like giving an old, beloved toy a fresh coat of paint so that more people can enjoy it.
Bobby Deol represented his father Dharmendra at the premiere of the restored 'Sholay' at TIFF 2025.
Ramesh Sippy, the director of 'Sholay,' also attended the premiere.
The 4K restored version of 'Sholay' premiered at Il Cinema Ritrovato Festival in Bologna.
The film was restored by FHF at L’Immagine Ritrovata laboratory.
The restoration included the original ending and two deleted scenes.
