TNDTE Announces August 2025 GTE Exam Results
The Department of Technical Education in Tamil Nadu has released the results for important exams in typing, shorthand, and accounting that took place in August 2025.
Many students, over 174,000, took these exams.
Out of those who took the tests, more than 110,000 students passed, which means about 63.5% of them were successful.
A large number of students did very well, with almost 47,000 getting the highest score (distinction) and over 42,000 getting a first-class score.
Some students, around 21,000, passed with a second-class score.
Unfortunately, over 63,000 students did not pass this time.
Students can check their individual results on the official websites by entering their registration number and date of birth.

Results are available for Typewriting, Shorthand, and Accountancy subjects.
A total of 174,567 candidates appeared for the exams, with 110,884 passing, achieving a 63.52% pass rate.
47,098 candidates achieved distinction, 42,487 secured first class, and 21,299 got second class.
