Justo Acquihires Hustlewin to Boost Pune Operations
Justo, a company that helps sell and market real estate, has bought a smaller company called Hustlewin.
Hustlewin is based in Pune and has sold a lot of flats, making over ₹900 crore in sales.
By buying Hustlewin, Justo gets 25 new employees and takes over some of Hustlewin's projects.
This deal will help Justo make more money, about ₹20 crore a year starting in FY27.
The new projects and employees will make Justo stronger in Pune and help it grow even more in the future.
Justo RealFintech Limited has acquihired Pune-based Hustlewin to strengthen its operations in Pune.
Hustlewin has sold over 1,000 flats with a cumulative sales value of ₹900 crore and 10 lakh square feet of area in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad.
The acquihire brings 25 top-performing professionals from Hustlewin to Justo, enhancing its execution capabilities.
Justo will take over execution responsibilities for four ongoing residential projects in Pune and gain a robust pipeline of upcoming mandates.
The deal is expected to contribute over ₹20 crore in annual revenue to Justo starting FY27 and strengthen its overall revenue visibility.
