These apartments, located in Pali Hill, cost a lot of money to lease.

The renovation of Mannat, a big, old house, will take around two years.

Mannat is a special place because it's an old heritage building.

The actor is also planning to make Mannat bigger by adding more floors.

Because of the heritage status, he needs permission for the changes.

While the work is done, the family will live in the rented duplexes.
