CJP Supports Jharkhand Students in Exam Protest
Students in the Indian state of Jharkhand are upset because they think some exams that help them get jobs were not fair.
A student leader named Devendra Nath Mahto started a hunger strike to get the government to look into the problem.
The Cockroach Janta Party, a political group, said it supports the students.
The students have been sitting in a stadium and holding a vigil to show how serious they are.
They want the Central Bureau of Investigation and the Enforcement Directorate to investigate and cancel the exam if it was wrong.
Cockroach Janta Party publicly supports Jharkhand students protesting exam irregularities.
Student leader Devendra Nath Mahto began an indefinite hunger strike at Jaipal Singh Munda Stadium on July 29.
Protesters claim rigging in the 14th JPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination and other recruitment tests.
Thousands of students held a torchlight vigil on Saturday evening, and the sit‑in has continued since July 29.
