Char Dham Yatra: 73 Casualties Reported in First Month
During the first month of the Char Dham Yatra, a religious journey in the mountains, there have been many unfortunate incidents.
A total of 73 pilgrims passed away.
Most deaths were due to health problems, especially heart issues, while a smaller number died in accidents.
The high altitude and cold weather make the journey hard, especially for those with existing health conditions.
Medical help is available, but it's important for people to be careful and consider their health before going on the yatra.
65 pilgrims died due to health issues during the first month of the Char Dham yatra.
8 deaths were caused by accidents on the yatra route.
Kedarnath reported the highest number of deaths among the four sites, with 30 fatalities.
The majority of deaths were cardiac-related.
