This year, 15 brave young adults who survived cancer as children will be running in the marathon.
They are between 18 and 26 years old and come from all over India.
One of them is Vikash, who lost an eye but still works to help other kids with cancer.
They are running to show that even after tough times, you can still achieve great things and inspire others.
