Kotak suggests Nifty bull call spread; sees breakout above 24,700

The stock market is a place where people buy and sell tiny pieces of companies, called shares.

In India, there is a special scoreboard called the Nifty 50 that shows how the market is doing.

Lately, the Nifty has been moving up and down between 24,500 and 24,700, like going up and down stairs but staying on the same floor.

A smart person from a bank called Kotak thinks this is just the market taking a rest before it goes higher.

He says that if the Nifty climbs above 24,700, it could reach up to 25,000 or 25,200.

But if it falls below 24,490, people should be careful because the market could weaken.

Last Monday, the Nifty went up just a little bit, while the banks' scoreboard went down a little.

The India VIX, which measures how scared traders are, also went up a little over the week.

The expert suggests a trick called a bull call spread, where traders buy one option and sell another, so they cannot lose too much if they are wrong.

He also likes Titan, the company famous for watches and jewellery, and thinks its shares could rise to a higher price.
