ISC Chief Highlights Strong Performance in Entrances
The head of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) said that students from ISC schools do very well in important exams like medical, engineering, and CUET.
He explained that even though there are fewer ISC students, a large percentage of them get high ranks in these exams.
He also mentioned that ISC students perform well internationally.
The CISCE has many schools and is working to keep them up to date with new educational policies while maintaining their quality.
The upcoming ICSE and ISC exams are scheduled to start next month.
CISCE chief Joseph Emmanuel highlighted that 70-75% of ISC students clear medical, engineering, or CUET exams with high ranks.
Around 50,000-60,000 of the 1 lakh Class XII students pursue science, with 75% achieving decent ranks in entrance exams.
Emmanuel emphasized that ISC students perform 'extremely well' on the international stage.
The CISCE has over 3,300 affiliated schools and is focused on maintaining quality and relevance.
