UP CM Adityanath Announces Reforms in Law and Prisoner Release

The leader of Uttar Pradesh, CM Yogi Adityanath, is making two important changes.

First, he's updating the rules for how societies and trusts, like schools or charities, register and manage their money, making things clearer and fairer to prevent misuse of funds.

Second, he wants to change how prisoners who are very sick, old, or disabled can be released early.

The new rules will make it easier for eligible prisoners to be released, and include a review of cases three times a year.

He is focused on making the process transparent and humane.
