AI to Transform HR Jobs by 2030
A former Google and Microsoft employee named Warren Wang says that many routine tasks done by HR (Human Resources) people will be taken over by AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the next few years.
This doesn't mean HR jobs will disappear, but they will change.
Instead of doing things like looking through resumes or answering simple questions, HR people will focus more on leading and helping others.
AI will handle the boring, repetitive tasks, allowing HR to do more important work that helps the company.
Warren says this is a good thing because it lets HR do what they are really good at, like guiding leaders and making big decisions.
He also says that HR will become the bridge between machines and people, which is something that can't be automated.
AI will automate 50% of HR tasks by 2030, according to Gartner.
Routine HR tasks like resume screening and benefits enrollment will be handled by AI.
HR roles will shift from operational tasks to leadership and strategic decision-making.
The World Economic Forum predicts 92 million jobs will be displaced globally, mostly routine ones.
Future HR leaders will focus on intellectual depth, emotional leadership, and resilience.
