CMC Receives 35 Grievances, Prioritizes Town Planning Issues
The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation in Hyderabad listened to 35 complaints from people.
Most of the complaints were about town planning, some about engineering, a few about money matters, and a couple about keeping plants safe.
Each complaint got a special ID and a link so people could track it.
The commissioner and her team looked at each complaint one by one and promised to fix them quickly.
Cyberabad Municipal Corporation received 35 citizen grievances during the Prajavani program.
21 grievances concerned town planning, 9 engineering, 3 finance, and 2 urban biodiversity.
Each grievance was assigned a unique ID and tracking link.
