LIC Housing Finance Offers 7.15% Home Loans

If you save the extra money, you could even invest it and earn more over time.
The Reserve Bank of India recently cut rates, which led to these changes.

The new rates are effective from December 22, 2025.
Borrowers with good CIBIL scores can avail of these lower rates.
