TARIL Shares Rebound 21% from Record Lows
Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd (TARIL) is a company that makes transformers.
Recently, its shares went down a lot, but then they went up by 21% in one day.
This happened after the shares hit a very low price the day before.
Even though the shares are going up now, they are still much lower than they were six months ago.
The company has been doing well with some big orders, but it had some problems with its recent financial results and a issue with the World Bank.
Some experts think the shares might keep going up, but others are more careful.
The people who own the most shares in the company still own more than half of it.
TARIL shares surged 16.04% to close at Rs 277.50, recovering 20.65% from an intraday low of Rs 230.
The stock remains down 44.94% over the past six months.
TARIL secured a Rs 53.33 crore order and previously won a Rs 389.97 crore contract.
Q2 FY26 results showed flat revenue at Rs 460 crore, with EBITDA and PAT declining by 26% and 19% respectively.
The World Bank debarred TARIL over alleged corruption but later granted an extension to submit an explanation.
