Indian Real Estate Sees Record $14.25 bn Equity Inflow in 2025
Last year, India's real estate sector received a lot of money, about Rs 14.25 billion, which is 25% more than the year before.
This money came from developers, big investors, and special real estate funds.
Most of the money was used to buy land for building houses and offices.
Mumbai got the most investment, followed by Bengaluru and Delhi.
Experts think this is a good sign because it shows that India's real estate market is growing and becoming more mature.
They believe this trend will continue into the next year.
