Madras High Court Orders Swift Probe in Elfin Financial Fraud
The Madras High Court is pushing for a quick end to a fraud investigation.
A company called Elfin, along with its related businesses, is accused of tricking people into investing money with promises of big returns.
One investor, Hemalatha, and others invested a lot of money.
The company did not deliver on the promises.
The court wants the police to wrap up the investigation because the final report has not been filed yet.

The court observed that properties worth ₹139 crore were identified but not yet attached.
