The company did not deliver on the promises.

The court wants the police to wrap up the investigation because the final report has not been filed yet.

Over 7,000 people may have lost money in this scheme.

The court also mentioned that even though a lot of property related to the case has been found, it has not yet been taken over.

The aim is to help the victims get their money back.
