Tejas Jet Crashes at Dubai Air Show

Tejas Jet Crashes at Dubai Air Show

During the Dubai Air Show, a Tejas fighter jet crashed while performing a stunt.

The pilot, Wing Commander Namansh Syal, sadly died in the accident.

The jet's maker, HAL, said this was a rare accident and won't affect future plans.

The Indian Air Force is looking into what caused the crash.

It's the second Tejas accident in two years, but the first one didn't hurt the pilot.

HAL's shares dropped at first but then got better.

The Russian Knights aerobatics team honored the pilot with a special performance, and other teams canceled their shows out of respect.
