TTD to set up helpline for Kalyana Mandapams management
The TTD, which manages temples and related facilities, wants to make their wedding halls (Kalyana Mandapams) better.
They are setting up a special phone number where people can call and give their opinions.
The officials will also ask local helpers (Srivari Sevaks) to collect feedback directly from people who use these halls.
This will help them understand what needs to be improved, like cleanliness, parking, and security.
They plan to use a special management system called FMS to keep everything in good condition.
The goal is to make the wedding halls more comfortable and convenient for everyone.
TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal directed the setup of a special helpline for feedback on Kalyana Mandapams.
Feedback will be collected through local Srivari Sevaks and the helpline to understand management issues and required facilities.
Bringing Kalyana Mandapams under the FMS framework is suggested for better cleanliness and amenities.
Feedback will cover various aspects like compound walls, toilets, decoration, parking, security, and more.
The initiative aims to provide improved facilities for devotees using the Kalyana Mandapams.
