Manipur CM Says Conflict Caused Rs 1,200 Crore GST Loss

The conflict between the Meitei and Kuki communities has killed at least 306 people, with 49 still missing and thousands homeless.
Singh urged civil society organisations to avoid shutdowns and blockades and help create conditions for economic recovery.
He announced proposed increases in journalist pensions, said about Rs 1 crore in pending advertisement bills had been disbursed, and reported resumed road services between Imphal, Dimapur, and Guwahati.
