Telangana Police Crack Down on Online Gaming During Festive Season

The Telangana police are watching out for illegal online betting apps because of a new law starting October 1st, 2025.

They're setting up special teams to find and stop these apps, especially during the holidays.

The law bans games where you can win real money and can send people to jail.

Many gaming companies have already stopped these types of games.

The police also have a hard time catching the apps coming from China and are telling people to be careful about which apps they download and report anything suspicious.
