California Beer Truck Theft Prompts Police Probe and Brand Denial
A truck carrying a very large amount of beer disappeared in California.
The beer belonged to Pabst Brewing Company and was called Pabst Blue Ribbon.

Two other beer cargo thefts were reported at an Anheuser-Busch distribution centre.
Police think the cases might be connected, but they have not named any suspects.
Some people online thought the disappearance was an advertisement for the beer company.
Pabst said the theft was real, not a marketing stunt.
The company asked for information and offered the alleged thief a short period to return the truck without questions.
