CPM MLA Launches Grievance Portal for Domkal Residents
Mustafizur Rahman Rana is the CPM legislator for Domkal.
He created a website called “Amar Domkal” to help people contact him.
Residents can use a QR code to send complaints or ideas.
They can ask about roads, electricity, drinking water, schools and welfare schemes.
The MLA said Domkal is very large, so some people live far away from his office.
Travelling to meet him can cost money and a whole day of work.
The CPM party office will watch the complaints and send some issues to government departments.
People will also be able to see where their complaint was sent and what action was taken.
CPM MLA Mustafizur Rahman Rana launched the “Amar Domkal” grievance-redress portal for his constituency.
Residents can submit complaints, suggestions and development demands by scanning a QR code.
Issues involving welfare schemes, roads, electricity, drinking water, education and civic services may be forwarded to government departments.
The CPM Domkal party office will monitor submissions and provide updates on departments and actions taken.
Supporters say the portal could help remote residents avoid costly, time-consuming journeys to meet the MLA.
