GHMC Opens Community Mediation Centre for Domalguda Residents
A new place in Domalguda, Hyderabad, helps people solve small problems without going to court.
The GHMC office opened it with help from the Telangana High Court and the Telangana State Legal Services Authority.
It is free and people can talk to trained mediators about family, neighbour, or property issues.
The mediators come from different jobs, like former tax officers and bank workers.
They keep conversations private and try to find fair solutions for everyone.
GHMC inaugurated a free community mediation centre in Domalguda on Wednesday.
The centre is a joint effort by Telangana High Court, Telangana State Legal Services Authority, and GHMC.
It aims to resolve family, neighbourhood, property, and other minor disputes through dialogue, reducing litigation.
Mediators are trained from diverse backgrounds, including retired officers from Income‑Tax, ONGC, banks, and other institutions.
Services are voluntary, confidential, and provided at no cost.
