Kurukshetra Launches QR Code Feedback for Public Toilets
The government in Kurukshetra, India, wants to make public toilets cleaner and get feedback from people.
They've put up special codes, called QR codes, on the outside of each toilet.
If you scan the code with your phone, it takes you to a website where you can say what you think about the toilet.
This helps the government to know if the toilets are clean and how to make them better.
This project is part of a larger plan to keep the city clean, and two officials are in charge.
Kurukshetra district administration introduced a QR code-enabled feedback system.
The system is for all public toilets at the Mini Secretariat.
Each toilet has a unique QR code displayed outside.
Users scan the code to access a dedicated portal for feedback.
The initiative is part of the Haryana Shehri Swachhta Mission 2025 and Swachhata Hi Seva 2025.
