India Announces New Professional Basketball League

India is starting its own professional basketball league!

The Basketball Federation of India is working with ACG Sports to make it happen.

The goal is to help basketball players improve and to make it easier for everyone in India to play basketball.

They plan to build a special training center for the best players.

The leaders want the new league to be as successful as cricket, hoping it will become a major sport.
