Mark Wood Cleared of Injury Ahead of Ashes Test
A really fast cricket player for England named Mark Wood felt a little stiff in his leg after a practice game.
The team got worried because he's important for their big match against Australia, called the Ashes.
They did some scans just to be safe, and thankfully, the scans showed he's okay!
He'll keep practicing and get ready for the first game, which starts soon.
This is good news because he was also recovering from a knee problem earlier in the year.
England fast bowler Mark Wood has been cleared of a hamstring injury.
Wood experienced hamstring stiffness during an Ashes warm-up match.
Precautionary scans conducted on Friday confirmed no significant concerns.
He will continue to train and prepare for the first Ashes Test.
