UP Rural Mission Plans Milk Collection from All Villages
Imagine a project to collect milk from every village in a big area called UP!
The government is planning this, using successful examples like the Balinee Milk Company.
They want to help women farmers by giving them a way to sell their milk in an organized way.
This helps them earn more money, get fair prices, and have access to resources like better livestock care.
So far, many women are already participating, collecting a lot of milk every day.
The project aims to set up the right equipment to keep the milk fresh until it reaches the market.
SRLM is planning a project to collect milk from all villages in UP.
The project is modeled after the Balinee Milk Producer Company.
The project aims to empower women dairy farmers.
Around 2.64 lakh women farmers are already linked to the project.
The project will set up infrastructure for milk collection and transport.
