New Zealand Unveils Kotahitanga ODI Jersey Marking Sporting Ties

New Zealand has made a special cricket shirt for its one-day games against India.

The shirt is called Kotahitanga, a name that represents unity.

It marks 100 years of sporting ties between the countries.

Three artists helped design it: Ben Thomason, Shiv Narandas and Jai Pancha.

The design brings together Māori artwork and Indian patterns.

It includes a lotus, a pattern inspired by Indian buildings, and a mandala.

It also has Māori kōwhaiwhai designs and haehae lines.

New Zealand's tour begins with T20 games on October 22.

The five one-day games start on November 4.
