Delhi HC Ends Graft Case Against Canara Bank Executive
A former executive at Canara Bank was accused of helping a company get a loan, which was later found to be fraudulent.
The Delhi High Court has decided that the case against the executive should be stopped.
The court found that there wasn't enough proof to show the executive did anything wrong and that he wasn't personally benefiting.
Because he was part of a committee that made the loan decision, the court felt it wasn't fair to single him out.
The court concluded that continuing the case would cause him unnecessary trouble.

The CBI filed a chargesheet in 2018, implicating Gupta in a case involving a fraudulent loan to a jewelry company.
