Adani Acquires Indamer Technics to Boost Aircraft MRO Capabilities

Adani Defence & Aerospace has fully bought Indamer Technics, a company that fixes and maintains airplanes.

This was done through a company called Horizon Aero Solutions, which is owned by Adani and Prime Aero.

Prajay Patel, who runs Indamer Technics, also owns Prime Aero.

This means Adani now has a bigger role in keeping airplanes in good shape.

The new facility is in Nagpur and offers a variety of maintenance services for the growing aviation industry.

The goal is to make India a top place for aircraft maintenance.
