XED and Harvard Launch Leadership Program
XED and Harvard Graduate School of Education have teamed up to create a special six-month program for education leaders.
This program, called the Education Leadership Program (ELP), helps school leaders become better at their jobs.
It includes online classes and a three-day in-person session in Dubai.
The program teaches important skills like leadership, using technology in education, and how to make schools better places for students.
At the end, participants get a certificate from Harvard.
