Culturist Calls for Social Investment Policy for Non-Resident Rajasthanis
Sundeep Bhutoria, a well-known culturist, asked the Rajasthan Government to create a special policy.
This policy would help people who live outside Rajasthan but still care about their homeland.
They want to support things like old houses, schools, hospitals, and cultural places.
Bhutoria said these people are like ambassadors for Rajasthan's culture and tourism.
He also suggested setting up tourism desks and information centers with the help of companies and individuals.
Additionally, he mentioned that Rajasthan needs a dedicated film studio for post-production work, which currently has to be done in cities like Mumbai.
Sundeep Bhutoria appealed to the Rajasthan Government for a dedicated Social Investment Policy to encourage Non-Resident Rajasthanis to contribute to cultural and community initiatives.
Bhutoria highlighted the emotional and cultural commitment of Non-Resident Rajasthanis and suggested a Public Private Partnership model for operationalizing tourism desks and information centers.
He mentioned the need for a dedicated film studio in Rajasthan to support the growing film industry in the state.
The session was attended by Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, Union Minister for Culture Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari, and other dignitaries.
Bhutoria has been actively promoting cultural activities and preserving Indian folk arts and cultural heritage through his roles in various organizations.
