Technology Leader Coordinates Global Teams Delivering 200+ APIs On Time
Viplove Goswami helped teams in several countries work together on software projects.
More than 30 engineers in India and the United Kingdom worked with people in the United States.
Together, they built more than 200 APIs, which are tools that help software systems communicate.
The projects were reported to be finished on time.
Goswami used shared rules, clear documents, automated checks, and regular team meetings to prevent mistakes.
Teams also reviewed work while other time zones were sleeping, allowing work to continue around the clock.
The approach reportedly lowered costs and made delivery faster.
Goswami says organized systems will also help teams use artificial intelligence more effectively.
Viplove Goswami coordinated more than 30 offshore engineers in India and the United Kingdom with U.S. stakeholders.
The distributed team delivered more than 200 APIs with a reported 100% on-time completion rate.
The initiative reportedly cut cost per API by 45%, generated more than $1 million in annual savings, and increased delivery velocity by 60%.
A Unified Quality Gate, documentation standards, peer reviews, and automated policy tools were used to maintain consistency and quality.
Goswami argues that strong architecture, governance, communication, and developer experience are essential for scaling global engineering teams.
