Dhule Campaign Screens Over 19,000 Residents in 12 Days

A health campaign brought medical services to people in Dhule district.

It held 423 camps over 12 days.

Doctors screened 19,071 people, including adults and children.

The camps checked for problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes and heart conditions.

People could also get specialist advice and some treatment.

Eighteen patients were sent to other medical facilities for more care.

The campaign collected 124 units of blood.

Nine people agreed to donate their organs.

The camps were especially helpful for people in rural areas because services came closer to where they live.
