TSSPDCL to Print Customer Contacts on Bills
The Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TSSPDCL) will start printing customers' mobile numbers and email IDs on their electricity bills.
This change will begin this month.
The bills will also show 'Telangana' along with the TSSPDCL name.
Customers can update their contact details through the company's website or mobile app.
The bills already include the contact numbers of the Assistant engineer, Assistant divisional engineer, and Assistant accounts officer to help customers communicate directly with the company.
