Pratik Gandhi Discusses Portraying Anti-Heroes Without Glorification

Pratik Gandhi talked about acting as anti-heroes in films.

An anti-hero is a main character who may do bad or questionable things.

He said these films are not automatically his first choice, but he enjoys them.

He explained that actors must make such characters believable.

At the same time, they should not make harmful actions look admirable.

Gandhi said an actor needs to understand why the character behaves that way.

For example, a performer playing a dacoit must understand the character’s reasons.

He compared this challenge to walking on a tightrope.

He said experience helps actors find the right balance.
