ASI Recommends Heritage Protection for Savarkar Sadan
The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has told the Bombay High Court that a building called Savarkar Sadan in Dadar, Mumbai, should be protected because it's very old and important.
This building was once the home of a famous freedom fighter named Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.
The ASI wants to make sure the building isn't torn down.
The building was built in 1938 and has been changed over the years.
Right now, only one room is used as a small museum, and an old lady who is Savarkar's daughter-in-law still lives there.
The court will decide what to do next.
