CJP Calls September 5 Delhi March Over Unkept Youth Promises

CJP Calls September 5 Delhi March Over Unkept Youth Promises

The Cockroach Janta Party plans to hold a peaceful march in Delhi on September 5.

The march will go from India Gate to Delhi Police headquarters.

The group says the government made promises on July 25 to end earlier protests but has not kept them.

Those protests were about alleged problems with competitive examinations, including NEET.

Protesters also wanted help for families of students who died by suicide.

They wanted police cases against protesters to be withdrawn and protection from punishment.

Families who lost children and people who say police hurt them are expected to walk at the front.

The Supreme Court is considering how to handle cases filed only against students.

The CJP says it is returning to the streets because it believes the government betrayed young people.
