ASI to Restore Golkonda Fort and Nearby Heritage Sites
The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) is stepping in to fix up the historic Golconda Fort in Hyderabad.
They're going to clean up the moat around the fort, which hasn't been done since before India became independent.
They're also looking at fixing the Shah Hatim Lake to stop it from flooding nearby neighborhoods.
The ASI is planning to clean the Katora Houz, a neglected water body.
Discussions also included a cable project.
These projects aim to preserve the fort and surrounding areas, making them better for everyone.
