ICICI Prudential AMC IPO Opens December 12
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company is going to have an IPO in India.
This means they are selling some of their shares to the public for the first time.
The IPO will start on December 12 and end on December 16.
Special investors called anchor investors can buy shares on December 11.
The price of each share will be between ₹2,061 and ₹2,165.
Prudential, a company from the UK, owns part of ICICI Prudential and is selling some of its shares.
ICICI Bank, a big bank in India, also owns part of the company but is not selling any shares.
The company hopes to raise about ₹10,000 crore from this IPO.
The shares will be listed on Indian stock exchanges on December 19.
ICICI Prudential AMC's IPO will open on December 12 and close on December 16, with anchor investors bidding on December 11.
The IPO is an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.89 crore equity shares by Prudential Corporation Holdings, with no new shares being issued.
The price band for the IPO is set at ₹2,061–₹2,165 per share, with a minimum bid lot of 6 equity shares.
ICICI Bank holds a 51% stake in ICICI Prudential AMC, while Prudential Corporation Holdings holds the remaining 49%.
The IPO aims to raise approximately ₹10,000 crore, with the proceeds going to the selling shareholder, Prudential Corporation Holdings.
