MICL, Godrej Partner on ₹6,000 Crore Marine Lines Project
MICL and Godrej Properties Group are working together on a new housing project.
The project will be built in Marine Lines in South Mumbai.
It covers about 2.5 acres and will face the Arabian Sea.
The company says the project could generate more than ₹6,000 crore in revenue.
MICL had already invested more than ₹300 crore in the project.
The partnership allows MICL to recover that investment.
MICL will also receive benefits through revenue sharing.
The project will use both companies’ branding.
MICL says the money received early could help it pursue more projects in Mumbai.
Man Infraconstruction Limited announced a collaboration with Godrej Properties Group on 28 September 2026.
The sea-facing residential project covers approximately 2.5 acres in Marine Lines, South Mumbai.
The development has estimated overall revenue potential exceeding ₹6,000 crore.
MICL Group is expected to recoup more than ₹300 crore invested in the project.
Revenue sharing and joint branding will give MICL earlier cash flows and greater flexibility for future Mumbai developments.
