Badal Slams AAP Over Paper Leaks, Vows Punjab Job Quota
Sukhbir Singh Badal is a leader of a big political party in Punjab, a state in India.
He is angry because he says test papers were leaked during important exams, which means some students may have seen the questions before the test.
Badal thinks that is very unfair to students who studied hard.
He spoke at a protest in the city of Patiala to support students.
He promised that if his party wins the next election, all government jobs in Punjab will be given to Punjabi people.
He also promised that many jobs in private companies will go to Punjab's youth, and that medical and veterinary colleges will be built in every district.

SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal accused the AAP-led Punjab government of betraying the state's youth through repeated examination paper leaks, alleging around 10 papers had leaked.
Addressing a protest in Patiala organised by the Students' Organisation of India, SAD's student wing, Badal said a future SAD government would enact a law reserving 100 per cent of government jobs for Punjabis.
He also promised that 70 per cent of jobs in private industries would be reserved for Punjab's youth and that medical and veterinary colleges would be set up in every district.
Badal alleged AAP's claimed 'Sikhya Kranti' (education revolution) was a big failure, citing 1,200 of 1,945 senior secondary schools without principals and 3,200 of 5,600 sanctioned college posts lying vacant.
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has maintained that not a single paper leak occurred in over four years of his government, even as the opposition targets AAP following a cheating racket in the pharmacy officer recruitment examination.
